“Mi Plan” (My Plan) is Nelly Furtado’s 4th studio album which reflects once again her artistry, diversity and the uniqueness of everything which she writes. The album, as all her albums, is written and co-produced by her in collaboration with top writers and producers, as well as young new talent she believes in. She doesn’t feel this is a “Latin Album”, she says that this is just her soul speaking in Spanish, as all her albums “just music for the world”. Music is a universal language and in this album she has brought the world together, working with musicians, writers and producers from all over the globe

MARIE DIGBY
Album: Breathing Underwater

Single: “Avalanche”
In marked contrast to the stripped-down vibe of her debut disc, Unfold, Breathing Underwater introduces a bold new sound from Marié. The album’s fuller sound enhances Digby’s emotionally rich storytelling and dramatic vocals. Digby’s evolution from “the girl with the guitar” to full-fledged artist is evident on Breathing Underwater. The album features 13 new songs produced by Brian Kennedy, Antwoine “T-Wiz” Collins, The Movement, Warren “Oak” Felder and Ezekiel “Zeke” Lewis of The Clutch. Eleven of the thirteen tracks were co-written by Digby.

AMERICAN YARD
American Yard is signed to Konvict Muzik through Universal Motown/SRC. They are an international trio consisting of two men and a woman, who have combined their cultures to create a musical movement that consists of reggae, hip, hop, pop and jazz music. Often described as “The Fugees meets Black Eyed Peas mixed with City High”, American Yard members Stacy-Ann, Steve and Blewz, have set themselves apart by creating an inimitable sound all their own.American Yard’s debut, fun- loving single, “No You Didn’t” gives the listening ear a break from all the heart retching monotony that usually floods the airwaves. The lyrics are visual and funny as the beat reminds you of a stress free day on vacation. By the end of the song, you are sure to be singing “No You Didn’t, Yes We Did.”

JIMMY ROBBINS
Jimmy Robbins is living proof that perseverance, determination, and believing in yourself are the key factors to making your dreams come true. The acoustic pop star started his one man project Too Sorry For Apologies and quickly gained a huge following. Using mostly Myspace to help him connect with and reach a broader fan base, it wasn’t long before people started taking notice. Jimmy was brought up having to face tragic circumstances, as his mother was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s. Jimmy says songwriting made it easier to express himself. Jimmy Robbins new single is called “Turn It Up For Me” and his album comes out digitally on 9/8. His debut album was produced by Mike Shimshack and Kyle Kelso (Jordan McCoy, Hayden Panetierre). Currently on tour with KSM, Radio Disney is all over this guy.
